Only 48 more hours until I'm back in Epcot!

Although I visited Walt Disney World in June with my family for a great vacation, I still look forward to going again.

Walking around the World Showcase in Epcot at night is one of my favorite things to do in the whole world.

No matter how crowded it is, I become totally relaxed. The emails, voice mails, and other matters for the real world can be left behind during that time and I can just enjoy all Epcot has to offer. For some people relaxation means a trip to the ocean, for me it's visiting Epcot.

So for the time being, I have to get through the next 48 hours. I have to make sure that my mind doesn't wander off thinking about Off-Kilter and the Food & Wine Festival during my meetings at work. I need to help the kids finish their homework, instead of deciding which food booths I will be visiting on Friday night.

Tonight I will sleep well, knowing that it won't be much longer until I am really there in person again. All of the months of remembering bits and pieces of past trips can be replaced with the reality of actually being there again.

This will be our 3rd visit to Epcot during the Food & Wine Festival for my wife and I. This trip will be just the two of us, so we will be able to enjoy the wine seminars and the Samuel Adams tastings.

I will do my best to make it through the next two days, but it won't be easy. I'm just as bad as a kid waiting for Christmas morning. It's awful, but I will just have to deal with it.
