When you think about Roller Coasters at Disney World what names come to mind?

What was that last one again? Goofy's Barnstorming Wisecracker?
Actually, Goofy's Barnstormer at Wise Acres Farm located in the Mickey's ToonTown Fair Section of the Magic Kingdom serves as a thrilling introduction to roller coasters for many children including my own.
The Barnstormer is the only ride located in Mickey's ToonTown Fair. This small roller coaster was designed that both adults and children could enjoy it together (and they do!). Despite its size it can reach speeds up to 25 mph.
The ride made its debut in October of 1996, replacing Grandma Duck's Petting Farm. The barn used in the attraction is from the Petting Farm.
The animatronic chickens that you see in the barn were originally found at the World of Motion attraction that was in Epcot.

Although this roller coaster does not get top billing for the thrill seekers, it is a fun attraction. This ride was one that introduced both of my children to roller coasters years ago. They've now moved up to the others, but if you have small children that are looking for an attraction that is built for them and it still fun and thrilling, this is the ride to take them on.
