Disney World Dining
Dining at the Walt Disney World Resort is one of the best parts of your vacation. The Disney World Dining experience is far different than eating at a typical "theme park", and there is so much more to enjoy than burgers and fries.
Sunshine Seasons Equals Great Quick Service Dining
When it comes to Quick Service Dining at Disney World, it is hard to beat Sunshine Seasons in Epcot. Found in the Land pavilion, Sunshine Seasons has a great selection that is sure to please everyone in your family. Just don't expect to find hamburgers at this Quick Service Dining location.
Sunshine Seasons is a food court style eatery with five different stations where you can get food. The first is called the "Grill". The Grill features: Rotisserie Chicken, Grilled Salmon, and Rotisserie Pork Chops. Each entree comes with your choice of 2 side dishes.
At the Soup & Salad station you wil find: Roasted Beets & Goat Cheese Salad and Seared Tuna on Mixed Greens.
The nearby Sandwich Station has: Smoked Ham and Salami on Asiago Ciabatta, Tukey and Monterey Jack on Foccacia, & Oak Grilled Vegetable Flatbread Sandwich.
The very popular Asian Noodle Station features: Ginger Mongolian Beef, Spicy Thai Chicken, & Sweet and Sour Chicken. Entrees each come with two side dishes.
The Bakery has an amazing collection of desserts and items that can be obtained using Snack Credits on the Disney Dining Plan. Some of the most popular choices include: Asian Chocolate Cake, Butterfinger Cheesecake, Key Lime Pie, Apple Caramel Cake, Apple Flan , & Chocolate Mousse Cake.
Enjoying Sunshine Seasons Dining
My family eats at Sunshine Seasons during each visit to Disney World, as it is consistently considered one of the top Quick Service Dining Locations at Disney World and one of the Top Disney Dining Plan Quick Service Locations.
In the above picture is the Rotisserie Chicken with mashed potatoes and carrots. For dessert the Asian Chocolate Cake.
This picture shows the Ginger Mongolian Beef with Lo Mein Noodles and Stir Fried Vegetables. The dessert is the incredibly tasty Butterfinger Cheesecake.
Can you believe that you can get Salmon at a counter service restaurant in a theme park? Well it's true! Shown above is the Grilled Salmon with Kalamata Olive Pesto sauce, mashed potatoes and carrots. Even the mashed potatoes were something worth raving about.
Lastly we show the Rotisserie Pork Chop, again with the popular mashed potatoes and carrots. It is hard to believe all of the great food choices that can be obtained at Sunshine Seasons.
Sunshine Seasons - Popular, but Worth The EffortThe Sunshine Seasons Quick Service Restaurant in Epcot is always busy, but rightfully so. Since it is located in the Land Pavilion there is always a lot of traffic heading to and from the ever popular Soarin' Attraction.
There is a lot of seating and the food court / cafeteria style service moves quickly, so you don't have to wait long to get your food. The ample variety of choices make this a great place for families that can never agree on what to eat. Here there is something to please everyone.
If you are on the Disney Dining Pland or the Quick Service Dining Plan, this is one of the best places to use your Quick Service Dining Credits. You get incredible food and some fo the best dessert choices in Disney World.

sunshine seasons is probably the best quick service in the world. i would love to have some recipes from the the bakery for their good cakes.
Totally agree. My wife and I ate here on a recent visit and were both pleased.
I stopped eating lunch in Futureworld years ago, but this location has totally changed my opinion.
Great Article Jamie! I totally agree that it is some of the best QS dining at EPCOT.
I just ate here 3 days ago. We had the spicy cashew chicken with rice and the stirfry vegetables. The rice was good and the cashew chicken was adequate (but absolutly not anything exceptional.) However, the stirfry vegetables could only be described as disgusting. They were cut too thin and way overcooked so that they becames a limp, messy mash. They looked horrible and tasted just as bad. I will never eat there again and will tell everyone I know to skip it as well.
