Taylor Dayne kicked off the 2011 Eat To The Beat! Concert Series at the Walt Disney World Resort as part of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

Pop music songstress Taylor Dayne is probably best recognized for her 80's hit "Tell It To My Heart."  You may also be familiar with "With Every Beat Of My Heart" or "Can't Get Enough Of Your Love."  She has also recently released a new song called "Floor On Fire."

The live version of Taylor Dayne was anything but a typical pop music re-visitation of her hits.  While performing live, Taylor took these songs and stretched them into 8-9 minutes each and made them all feel that that was the way they were meant to be instead of the 3 minute radio versions.  She had a vibrant stage presence and the crowd certainly enjoyed the show.  She moved around quite a bit during the show, even coming out into the audience at one point.  She definitely played to the entire theatre.  Admittedly not a big Taylor Dayne fan prior to the concert I walked away with a new found respect for her and thoroughly enjoyed the show!
